She is a mature, responsible, honest, and focused professional with over 25 years of clerical and office administration experience. Her background includes a variety of clerical and administrative positions within retail distribution, manufacturing, oil and chemical, engineering, and sales industries. Jackie graduated from Alvin Community College with Honors and with a Diploma in secretarial and business sciences, and a one year Certificate in data Entry and computer Sciences. In addition, she has continued with her studies to stay up to date with the current trends in software. She has always enjoyed learning new skills, and facing new responsibilities and challenges in the work place. Jackie has an earnest desire to keep her customers happy and satisfied. She knows that a satisfied customer is a repeat customer; and also, word-of-mouth is the best kind of advertising.
